In early 2020, in collaboration with the James Beard Foundation, Deloitte asked three innovative chefs to share their vision on what the future of food might look like for the United States. Now one year (and one pandemic!) later, we’re asking chefs Amy Brandwein, Chris Shepherd, and Joel Gamoran, along with Deloitte’s Jean Chick, to reflect, share lessons learned, and offer more creative and imaginative ways to propel the industry into a more sustainable and delicious future.
